Dear Celebrities,

If you have feature and television credits and would like to attend our "Hollywood Collectors & Celebrities Show", as one of our celebrity guests, please contact Ray Courts at either 818-683-4203 or 352-683-5110, e mail at hcs@atlantic.net or write to us at Post Office Box 5040 in Spring Hill, Florida  34611-5040.

For your information, we 'give' our celebrity guests their own 6' table space and 'all' of the revenue generated from the sales of their merchandise goes directly to them.

We do not, nor have we ever, charged our celebrity guests for their table space nor do we ask our celebrities for any 'free' autographs in return or in exchange for their 6' table space.

For us, we still consider it a 'honor' and a 'privilege' when our "heroes", "heroines" and 'yes' even when our favorite "villains" attend our Show.

Now, do some of our celebrity guests donate their autograph proceeds to charity?

Sure, a few of them will do this.

However, most of our celebrity guests actually keep the proceeds from the sales of their autograph, photos and other memorabilia.

And, for those celebrities who attend our Show, to benefit their favorite charity, at every Show, we sit aside tables for these charities to bring in their celebrity guests.

In fact, our 4 favorite charities are: "Hollywood Heritage, Inc.", "A Minor Consideration, Inc.", "Kids With A Cause, Inc." and "The Motion Picture & Television Fund Foundation".

Also, please note that no one, and we mean absolutely no one, other than Ray and Sharon Courts, are authorized to book celebrity guests at our "Hollywood Collectors & Celebrities Show".

In the past, there have been many people claiming to be representatives of our Show and some of them have actually gone so far as to claim that they are either our 'silent' partners' or an 'executive' with our Show.

A couple of years ago, an e mail was sent to one of our celebrity guests from a David Stone (who claimed to be an 'executive' with "The Hollywood Collectors Show") and tried to solicit him into attending our upcoming Show.

We have 'never' heard of this David Stone, nor do we know if this is his real name.

However, we do know that he is 'not' associated, in any way, shape or form, with our Show.

If any celebrity ever receives any telephone calls, letters or e mails, from anyone claiming to be either a representative or an executive with our Show, please be so kind as to send us a copy of this correspondence, so that we can forward it to our attorneys.

While we do have many 'legitimate' agents and managers contacting us about their clients, please don't feel pressured into thinking that you need one in order to attend our Show.

Personally, we would prefer that our celebrity guests contact us directly so that we can answer any questions that they might have concerning our Show.

We also realize that some celebrities might feel more comfortable with an agent or a manager, and as long as these agents and / or managers don't represent themselves as 'partners' or 'executives' of our Show, feel free to have them contact us.

If you have any questions or if you would like to attend our Show, as one of our celebrity guests, please don't hesitate to contact us by mail, telephone, fax, e mail at hcs@atlantic.net or through our web site at www.hollywoodcollectorshow.com.

Sincerely,

Ray and Sharon Courts

Celebrity Guest Policy:

After 18 years, we have decided to 'personally' let the celebrity guest know exactly how we operate and promote our "Hollywood Collectors & Celebrities Show".

The most important thing is that we want it understood, up front, that we 'give' the celebrity guest their table space and that we ask absolutely 'nothing' in return from them.

There has been a lot of misinformation spread verbally, mostly by our competitors, that we charge our celebrity guests for their table space.

'Yes', there are shows, on the autograph circuit, that do charge celebrities for their table space and some of them actually have the nerve to also ask the celebrity guests for a percentage of their autograph sales.

We are 'NOT' one of those shows.

However, we do ask 1 thing from our celebrity guest, in exchange for their 'free' table space.

We ask that our celebrity guest be a 'people person' and that they really want to meet their fans and admirers.

From day 1, our Show has been built around the fans and the collectors being able to go up to their favorite celebrity and talking to them while they are purchasing their autograph.

If the celebrity guest is not really a 'people person' or if they are a little 'uptight' about either meeting their fans or autographing memorabilia, then our Show is not really for them.

Also, since we only have 'limited' table space to 'give' to our celebrity guests, we have to be selective and 'give' our table spaces to the celebrities who are either 'new' to the autograph circuit or to our loyal 'semi-regulars' who have NOT 'over exposed' their appearance to the autograph market in the Los Angeles and Orange County area.

In the past, we have been misled many, many times by agents, managers and sometimes by even the celebrity themselves, contacting us about attending our Show and telling us that they have 'never' ever attended any autograph shows.

Only to find out later on that they have attended just about every autograph show possible.

Since we live almost 3000 miles away, sometimes we are the last to know about which, where and when celebrities attend other autograph show.

Once again, we want agents, managers and especially any of our 'future' celebrity guests to know that our table space is 'free' to all actors and actresses who have 'legitimate' feature and television credits.
